Greek Islands

Woke up early and got up to watch the sunset.
Islands of goats - Polyaigis at sunrise. Not quite like Fremantle sunrises but still impressive. Breakfast then a swim on Poliegos Island. No people, just goats, although we didn't see any. The water was crystal clear but stony. Like Brighton. The water was pretty salty and beautiful.
Our boat on right side. The other 2 were intruders on our beach!
Lunch on the boat while we sailed to  Folegandros.
We enjoyed a beer on the beach.
We were driven across country to another small village - Chora. Very rocky and big hills. No signs of life anywhere. The little village was beautiful. We had a short tour. Wonderful to see it is exactly like the postcards. Very white buildings with mostly blue trim and doors  but also lavender and green. Stunning scenery.
We wandered through the village then walked up the very big hill to see the sunset from the church. A long zig zag walk that we thought would never end. The view from the top was well with it.
the church
the zig zag walk!
We then went back to the village for dinner. Airways beautiful places to eat.
This was so tasty!
We caught the 9.30 bus back to the boat. A lovely day.
